Being water wise is a common concern in the last couple of years with the drought we\u2019ve been experiencing in Utah. A water-wise landscape is one that is functional, attractive, & easily maintained in its natural surroundings, & also helps to conserve water. Utah landscapes are often over-irrigated & a great deal of water conservation may be achieved by keeping a few water-wise landscaping principles in mind as we design, install, & manage our landscapes. Bill Varga has studied native plants for a great deal of his life and will be sharing his knowledge & experience in this class.
