Growing small fruits in your own yard can be exciting & rewarding! Nothing beats eating a raspberry or strawberry warm from the sun and perfectly ripe. In this class you will learn how to plant, care for & harvest many different small fruits including grapes, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, among others. Mike Pace, Box Elder County USU Horticulture Extension agent, will be sharing his expertise & answering questions about site location, trellising, mulching, pruning, fertilizing & pest control.
